ArtsQuest Content Plan

My colleague and I identified an issue with how content was supplied and subsequently promoted. We determined the contributing factors and developed a solution to alleviate the issue. Organizational culture, ease of use and departmental concerns were taken into account. The result was the content plan, a workflow that streamlined and centralized the content aggregation. The plan was launched in April 2017.
