The Knitter’s Edge Email Template

Client uses Constant Contact to send two emails each week. I approached the client about refreshing the look of the email. Client was using a legacy version of the Constant Contact user interface system.

Utilizing the current Constant Contact interface, I created a new template which included new graphics for the header and background along with optimizing fonts and images for both desktop and mobile viewing. After the approval, I also guided the client through the new Constant Contact interface and helped her learn the new system.

Since the launch of the new template, client has received positive customer feedback on the new look and has seen an increase in class registrations.
